I would not bother with this place. Reserved a truck online when I went to pick it up they said they had no truck and that even reserving online doesn’t mean they have it. I had to go through all the trouble of having someone come get me to take me there just for them to say they have no truck. Laquan who was at the desk said they tried to call but that was a lie. Not happy with this enterprise I will never come here again.
do not rent at this location The branch manager Laquan Lynn is a disgrace to enterprise and the employees that has to work under him i feel bad for. if you absolutely need to go here id pick it for the last resort & definitely talk to Bradley. he tried his best and Laquan isnt a good manager so good luck.
On 3/27/26 I booked a reservation, online, with the Enterprise in Danville, Va. for a full-size Truck for pick-up on May 8, 2026. On 4/25/26 I modified the reservation to pick up the truck on May 6,2026. On the morning of May 6th, I confirmed the reservation and checked in online. At 2:51 pm on May 6, I received a call that the truck was not available because it had been rented by someone that morning and “the man” had called to say he would be late returning it.
