It’s a hit and miss service. They are very polite but I had to wait 2 hours (like 6 other people) before getting my car. There were a lot of staff but nothing was moving. very bad management. I had an online reservation, but there are no taxis or Uber in Danville on Monday mornings. So when I managed to go to Enterprise at 11am instead of 9am they no longer had my car (despite me informing them every hour that I was trying to find a way to get to them and they could not come and pick me up at the track in VIR.)
