Booked online, when I got there I damn near had to do a background check (never have I done that to rent a car). Said it would be about 5 mins to get car ready, 30mins later car wasnt available so they offered another vehicle, said it would be around 10 mins. After another 30 minutes I just got up and left. Ill never deal with this location again
