I followed the instructions to return my rental only to find myself in a abandoned werehouse. After calling support, I was informed I had to go to christianburg to return the car. This was extremely upsetting since the website clearly stated that the dropoff location was blacksburg airport. The representative at christianburg was extremely polite and nice. I had no problem there, but I felt cheated. I was planning walking back home, but had to get an uber.
They don't work professionally. They were supposed to pick me up, but they came and went back without checking that I was here. So unprofessional.
