Dishonest Employees! Lied to the insurance company, did not disclose to me an additional out of pocket cost for the vehicle. Knowingly renting out a vehicle with transmission issues rendering the vehicle in limp mode. Still charged the full cost for the vehicle. Did not return phone calls or email messages to the manager.

Enterprise - we will pick you up - except when we you are counting on it. Took our reservation on Saturday in person. No show on Monday, full of excuses on the phone. Really impacted our vacation. Thanks guys. Love to have our three hours back dealing with you. Drove our own car to Colorado. Never again
