The Enterprise office on St. Michael's Dr. in Santa Fe was wonderful to deal with. Jonny made the experience of getting and returning my rental super easy and actually enjoyable. He dealt with me, and the customers before and after me (as I waited for my husband to pick me up) with more patience, kindness and professionalism than I am accustomed to experiencing in any counter service personnel. I highly recommend this business.
The person that waited on me was very friendly and helpful!! I got treated great! And time there was short!! I will lease from them again in the future!!
I wish this could have been handled better. My mother is blind and disabled. She relies on her significant other to take her to her appointments. They needed a reliable vehicle to get them to their destination in Albuquerque which is very far from their home, so they chose Enterprise. My mama has to use her SSA benefits to get a rental car — from your company.
