This was an insurance rental. After getting the insurance company involved, I was able to rent the vehicle I needed. My Chev Suburban suffered damage in an accident. My coverage only covered a Chev Tahoe - smaller than the Suburban. I needed the extra length. So I was able to work thru the size issues with the insurance company to get the Ford equivalent to the Suburban and was going to pay the difference. It was a great vehicle to use. I required a rental car while having body repairs completed for two or three days. I had not yet coordinated with my insurance company. Enterprise pick me up within 5 minutes after they were called at the body shop, they were super friendly, quickly quickly coordinated with my insurance company, and provided me an excellent rental car. They were fast, professional, reasonably priced, and very accommodating. They allowed me to leave the rental car at the body shop, and they picked it up. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Let me preface this review by saying I have not gotten my car yet as this review is based off my initial conversation with the person I spoke with. Najm was so wonderful with me over the phone. I called the location, he rolled with the punches, answered all and any questions I had with matter fact responses. He didn’t sugar coat but was kind.
