Thank you Enterprise for making our weekend road trip a success! When we arrived, we were shown a vehicle that didn't seem like it would work as well. And McKenna (sorry if I spelled the name wrong), said that a different car that was just turned in would be ready in about 10-15 minutes. She went inside to check with the manager, and showed us a different one that was ready and asked if it would work. It worked better than I thought! Pleasant and easy to work with employees, nice, clean car, ready to drive away when I got there. No hidden costs/fees, everything on the table from first moment of rental to last. All in all, a good experience! Next time I need a rental, I'm going back to Enterprise. They make the experience pleasant and easy for the renter.

My wife and I went to the sales side of the dealership and I truly want to say that Michelle (our saleslady ), was absolutely amazing!.
