This location is the best office to rent a car. I rented car many times and the staff was above and beyond all the time. Never disappointed.
The check in and return processes are always seamless... and most of all you get the vehicle you booked and if not available they upgrade and not downgrade you. Clearly the number 1 car rental agency in the US. The staff at the lakewood office are so kind and nice.
