It is so great to have Enterprise in Emporia KS. We had not rented a car in over 20 years and were a little bit hesitant. The manager Sam made the rental process so smooth and calming. We rented a small SUV and had a blast of a vacation in Colorado. We will be renting more in the future from Emporia location. Thank you Enterprise.

Update: the store manager is no longer there that was causing the issues. Sam and the others who have stepped up and are back to handling things like previously. I'm not putting 5 star because I don't know if they have a store manager yet and when they how that will go and I will update a things progress. TERRIBLE AGENCY-WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!! We had made a reservation for a rental with Emporia, Ks Enterprise at least one week prior to our departure date of September 18, 2025. We were told our vehicle would available at noon on the 9/18/35. We received a call the morning of the the 18th staring the vehicle would not be ready at noon and no other details.
