New management is absolutely horrible. I was called 4 minutes before I was due to pick up my car and they told me I would have to wait until it had new tires installed. I said I can’t wait, that’s why I made an 8:00 reservation. He told me he couldn’t do anything about it. I had to cancel and drive my personal vehicle. I called customer service and they were supposed to have a regional manager call me. No call ever came. This location and district manager are awful. Enterprise is great and my go to option for rentals. However this location is a disgrace. They take reservations they can’t fill, they claim to be open 8am-5pm but there’s been many times no one is there for hours during the day. The district manager has repeatedly had to step in and repeatedly he’s failed to fix issues. Reserved a minivan and received a 5 passenger suv. Reserved a 15 passenger van, was offered two cars instead. This place is a joke.
