My wife and and I had a wonderful experience at Emeryville California Enterprise. There was no wait (I know that is always hit and miss at car rentals) , the agent was very friendly and not pushy with adding the insurance. It was a seamless process and he gave us a suggestion about lowering our rate, which we did. The vehicle was all ready when we got there and we on the road with the rental within minutes of arriving.
