I understood that she had a challenging environment and I asked my client if we could do things differently so she would have a less stressful schedule and make getting business done quicker and easier for the both of us. They agreed to pick me up at the body shop, (Not that kind of "Body Shop"). Arrived in time, check out was quick and painless. This time the vehicle was ready at the specified time.
