Was better to put the mileage on someone else car then mine. The car i got was very nice to travel in
Will not be renting a car anytime soon. Biggest run around I’ve ever been through. One star is too many.
The person at the Blackfoot location was rude, condescending and not helpful at all. He not once offered any alternatives or possible solutions to the discrepancies at hand. A friend had told me that he clerk there was not very nice, but "not very nice" is an understatement.
Great experience renting from them. Eays pick up and drop off.
Great customer service and a great rental vehicle. Very seamless process and no issues getting into a rental that fit what I needed while I was waiting for my own car to get done with repairs.
