Great customer service and a great rental vehicle. Very seamless process and no issues getting into a rental that fit what I needed while I was waiting for my own car to get done with repairs.
The only place I go for a ride I wouldn't go anywhere else. I'm always treated with respect.
We were on a road trip today (9/5/2025) with a rental from Enterprise and had a semi kick a rock into the window that left a baseball sized crack in the windshield leaving it unsafe to drive. We had trouble getting a hold of the corporate office, so we stopped in the nearest office for help. They didn't have a car for us but the gal inside was incredibly nice, understanding and gave us recommendations on where to go. Enterprise is very good place to rent. Very convenient place to pickup and drop. Customer service is excellent. Service personnel are very friendly and helpful. We always rent from Enterprise. Cost is reasonable. We highly recommend everyone to check with Enterprise first for their rental needs.
Excellent customer service, goes the extra mile to find the vehicle to suit your needs, nice vehicles, and very flexible with you if you need to keep the vehicle longer than expected. I recommend only choosing Enterprise for all your vehicle rentals. Very satisfied
