Arrived in Portland, Maine airport with an Enterprise rental scheduled for pickup on Oct 20. Everything looked fine until we went out to the garage and no one did the usual inspection walk around with me. While walking around myself, I saw an Enterprise guy and asked if he was going to do the walk-around.
