Great service and nice car This is my 3rd year renting a car here Always has been a great experience And nice vehicles.
I have not had a bad experience yet at the airport location so I highly recommend them. However, this was my first experience at the Victor NY location. When I showed up at 8am, the time I scheduled the pick up, they were not ready to rent cars. I didn’t get out of there until 9am. During the inspection of the car, I found a pretty large scuff in the paint. The associate claimed it was noted on the agreement, but it was not.
