I had a confirmation number for a pickup and when I arrived the guy eating his sandwich and not looking up at me said that they have no trucks but they have a Altima car. I asked why they did not call me or notify me and he said that he personally called me at 8:06am but he did not and I showed him on my phone I had no calls.
