Let’s just start by saying Desean is just incredible. Always so professional and customer service is top tier. I honestly came to this location because of Desean. I always rented from the winter park location but when he moved up I found him and came to this location because I knew I will always get quality service. I really appreciate him and his team for always making sure customers come first. Thank you Desean and your team at the south Orlando location for just been simply amazing….

No customer Service at all, I have reserve the car and still not ready when I walked in there was nobody in the building. Waited for 25 minutes. Someone walked in with not a scale just staring at me.
I think DeSean has been doing a great job. Even though the location was understaffed and I had to wait a couple of hours, I really want to point out how efficiently the manager handled everything while still giving full attention to each customer. He patiently explained things when someone didn’t understand — I wasn’t an exception either. I also appreciate that they always ask whether the car works for you or if you’d prefer to wait a bit longer. They even let you know which cars are coming next so you can choose.
