The local manager ignored my messages about extending my rental. I returned the car and went with another company. The area manager was rude. This will be the last time I use Enterprise.

Great service
Waited an hour at repair shop for a pickup that never came. Shop dropped me here. Waited another 1/2 in line. Told couldn't find reservation. Had a med car for 55$ plus taxes a day. Called a friend that dropped me at a rental spot a few miles north. Made reservation thru Expedia, car ready when i arrived... and MUCH cheeper
