Terrible experience. Poor customer service. I reserved a car on Sunday for pickup on Wednesday. They called on Wednesday morning to tell me that they did not have a car for me. They suggested I check with other enterprise locations. I called their corporate customer service to complain. They told me just to call back to the original location every 30 minutes to see if they had found another car for me. Well, it's Thursday now and I have not heard a thing.
The receptionist was very nice and addressed my needs.
I would also give 0 stars if possible. No one showed up for my 12pm reservation. Doors were locked, lights off, no employees, etc. I tried the number on the door and was on "hold" for 30 minutes before the call was dropped. Had to rush to a different location before the closed so I was not out of a vehicle. My mom had the same thing happen to her with this location 18 months ago.
