I would also give 0 stars if possible. No one showed up for my 12pm reservation. Doors were locked, lights off, no employees, etc. I tried the number on the door and was on "hold" for 30 minutes before the call was dropped. Had to rush to a different location before the closed so I was not out of a vehicle. My mom had the same thing happen to her with this location 18 months ago.
They didn't show up to our reservation. How hard is it to keep updated hours/staff? I'm assuming Enterprise just doesn't want to pay for decent service.
