Unfortunately I have to hand out a one-star here. I called earlier today to modify my reservation, but I got an email that just now that the reservation was not modified. I texted back in the automated text I received, but received no help. I called the branch again and they seemed disinterested in helping with the issue. However, I noticed that I have several charges on my card from them today. I run an insurance agency and refer a lot of business to these folks; however, that might change.

Worst ever! They want to schedule appointment times then not want to be there for that time. They called and left a VM yesterday that did not show up on my phone till today. When I call them back they state they had already been at Hardinsburg at 9 with four rentals and they would not be coming back at 1 when I had mine scheduled for. This is the third time I have tried using this location and they have SUCKED everytime! I am now going to start using Leitchfield or Owensboro. Worst customer service ever! I usually rent from elizabeth town but used hardinsburg this time. I was to pick my car up at 9am but they are so dis organized i didnt get my car till 10am. They had to clean car first which should be done before its picked up. Worse service. Will never use this center again and will tell others about my horrible experience

The car was fine that I had rented. However service was poor when dropping the rental off to be returned. I brought the keys back to kristen and she told me thank you and I was good to go. I asked if she needed to examine the car over and she again told me no. I felt this was untrue because I have rented from other enterprises locations before. Never at store. Seems they need two people working there because the young girl is very seldom there
