Though they were very busy, they were polite and took care of everyone with professionalism.
If you go, I recommend chatting with Aidan if you can! Very communicative and really gives you the impression that he cares about his job. If not, the rest of the staff is great as well. Would recommend in the future!
I had a car rental reservation that I made a month in advance for pick up at 10am at the enterprise on tunnel road. I arrived at 10:30 am, after being dropped off with my two small kids and car seats, and was told that they gave my car away because I “wasn’t there on time”. No courtesy call or anything. I asked the agent what I was supposed to do, since I was now stranded with no vehicle, and he looked me in the eye straight faced and told me to “try the airport” because he had no cars. Good team at this facility, clean car and met my needs, I would rent again from this location
Aiden at the tunnel road enterprise took excellent care of us when needing a rental. He explained the options and protection plans. We needed to extend a day and he was prompt and helpful when we called. Above and beyond service!
