4 stars...Nice premium vehicle and very easy rental and return process. The reason for not giving 5 stars - The only downside was that, even with a credit card, I still had to put down a $500 deposit in addition to the rental cost since I didn’t have a plane ticket and this was an airport location. Another issue was when I called to extend the rental, I had difficulty understanding the customer service representatives and was even hung up on. I tried to book a rental here this past Saturday for pickup on Sunday, but it was canceled and they told me they were sold out of cars until Monday. I then made two more reservations for pickup on Monday since that is when they told me they would have more vehicles. Both of those reservations were canceled without explanation and now when I call this location I cannot get through to anyone working at the counter and their mailbox is full so I’m unable to leave a voicemail.

I ordered the car online with Travelocity and when I arrived at Enterprise they had everything waiting for me. It was quick and easy and I was very pleased.
After a horrible experience at the Bay Rd location that pretty much ruined any hope of making our trip, Sly at the MBS counter was a lifesaver! He was able to accommodate my original reservation from a month prior for Bay Rd that they didn't uphold or even attempt to accommodate. Sly was able to get me into the exact vehicle I had originally reserved and honor my original price as well. He was super friendly and calming and efficient too.
