Said they were open online and I made a reservation here. Took me a while to find the location just to find out they’re closed. Don’t bother coming to this location.
Jack was great! He was a one man show but he gave great customer service. Highly recommend this location for renting and I’ll definitely be back. Only con is it’s smaller operation so could not get a pick up to location. But the customer service made up for this
Waited here any nobody showed up to check me in. I called another enterprise for them to tell me that there's nobody working there today and that Enterprise forgot to send me an email letting me know. Please shut down this location. I've had multiple bad experiences with waiting super long to get a car or not get one in general. Ended up missing part of the event I was supposed to go to because I was scrambling for a reservation.
This location is obviously closed down. I wasted money on an Uber to get here from the airport only to discover that it's not operational. I wish I would have seen the other reviews first. Luckily the MacArthur location was nice enough to come pick me up and move my reservation there.
