The people were nice and friendly and helped with all of the questions and was great all around.
Excellent as always.
Excellent staff and arrangements were easy to complete. Pickup was a little bit delayed and staff kept us informed with easy interaction. The value and ease of the transaction means we will return for our next rental needs.
Another case of an unavailable vehicle, with no call received until 45 minutes prior to pick up. This appointment had been on the books for weeks. They stated that it would be at least two hours before they would have something available. Their inability to plan ahead and have a vehicle ready has now cost my family time and money. That is not my fault, however I get to pay for it. Now my wife and I are forced to miss even more work. I’m sure enterprise isn’t gonna reimburse us for lost wages.
