Bring the vehicle back as close to 3/4 of a tank as possible. I did and was charged $16. I didn't notice this until later when I got the receipt online. Don't have the vehicle dirty and at 3/4 of a tank when renting it out, if you don't want the same when returned.
JBLM branch routed an absolutely filthy 15 pack van to the Lacey branch late and I was stuck with having to use the van for a family event. JBLM branch did nothing to clean up the van after the soldiers that rented it made a complete mess of the inside.
Caleb is absolutely amazing to work with! Also great customer service!
