Love the customer service at the Aberdeen rental. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable.
Very great location. Customer service is excellent and so is the vehicle.
I won’t recommend Enterprise to anyone after my experience. If you plan on using insurance for your rental, do NOT let them pressure you into getting the “protection plan.” I was told it was only an extra $100 and covers any damage to the rental. What I WASN’T told was that it was actually $20 EVERY DAY and only found this out when I returned the car. Unfortunately, I had to use my rental for over a month and received a phone call telling me I owed over $1000 for their “protection plan.” It has been extremely difficult tryin... read more
