I have rented from here a couple of times and the staff is very nice and professional. However, there are two things they need to improve a lot: One, timeless - during one of the rental experiences I spent nearly 40 mins waiting for a car (1 hour after the reserved time), since the type I had reserved was not available. I was not in a rush so at the time it did not impact me negatively, and I ended up choosing from the only two types of vehicles they had available at the time. I am very thankful to have this local car rental service! Everyone that I've ever worked with there is super friendly and knowledgeable. I use a rental car for work almost once a month, and I can always count on them for what I need.
I have rented from this branch a couple of times and they have always been more than not only friendly but accommodating and attentive
Just had to give a huge shout out to the whole team at this location! They went so far above and beyond to help me out. My daughter and I broke down on our way from PA to SC on a Holiday weekend. Ashley picked us up at a gas station and took us back to the store. We had to wait because they were so busy they had nothing available. They worked some magic and got us back on the road. Without them we would have been stranded with all our belongings. I can’t thank you all enough!!!
Happy to be a customer here (specifically Beards Hill Branch.) This is my second time experiencing this car rental company. Each time, I have been lucky enough to experience an upgrade for whatever reason. However, this time there was a hold up with the way the bill/reservation was priced through a third party.
