I won’t recommend Enterprise to anyone after my experience. If you plan on using insurance for your rental, do NOT let them pressure you into getting the “protection plan.” I was told it was only an extra $100 and covers any damage to the rental. What I WASN’T told was that it was actually $20 EVERY DAY and only found this out when I returned the car. Aberdeen Enterprise has always provided me with exceptional service over ths years!
Do not expect good customer service at the counter in Aberdeen.
I have rented from here a couple of times and the staff is very nice and professional. However, there are two things they need to improve a lot: One, timeless - during one of the rental experiences I spent nearly 40 mins waiting for a car (1 hour after the reserved time), since the type I had reserved was not available. I was not in a rush so at the time it did not impact me negatively, and I ended up choosing from the only two types of vehicles they had available at the time. I am very thankful to have this local car rental service! Everyone that I've ever worked with there is super friendly and knowledgeable. I use a rental car for work almost once a month, and I can always count on them for what I need.
