I’ve used enterprise twice and have always had a great experience. They are kind, caring and personable. When I was concerned about the first rental car, they accommodated my request with no problem. Would definitely recommend:-)
While my vehicle was in the body shop, the gentleman who damaged it was paying for my rental. The folks at Enterprise were so helpful through the whole situation. They had the rental contract under his name and info but had me added as a driver; I've never dealt with a rental before so it all felt slightly confusing and like a bit of a headache but they made the whole thing much easier. My experience with Enterprise in Aberdeen was not good. I made an appointment on the weekend to reserve a rental at 12pm. I had to wait in the office for about two hours past my appointment until one was available. When I received the rental, I later discovered in the evening that the tags on it were expired, I contacted the rental office in BWI airport and notified them of the issue. They were able to do a swap on my vehicle. This is unacceptable and should have not have happened.
