Everyone was very nice and helpful
I just returned to this location on a Sunday. Super smooth process and extremely friendly staff. Manager, Walter is top notch. They kept the high volume of people moving quickly. Will definitely recommend to others and use this location exclusively.
I’m writing this review in the middle of my rental period because the experience I had picking up my car from Enterprise was so frustrating and mishandled, it warrants immediate attention. On Friday, 6/18, I arrived to pick up my rental (Chevy Tahoe) and went through the standard walk-through. When it was time to pay, the employee charged my debit card for the full amount of $679. I’ve been renting cars almost daily for 7 months, and the Enterprise team in Old Town Scottsdale is as solid as it gets. Always professional, never a hassle, and they somehow keep a friendly, easygoing vibe—even when they’re busy - or it’s 5 minutes past closing. Compared to places like Sixt @ Sky Harbor, it's night and day. Highly recommend.
