This is a great location. I've rented here at least three times. They do a ton of volume so it's really busy. I've gotten the vehicle I've wanted every time. The employees are always friendly, smart and on top of things. I assume there are good managers here. A+
I had a fantastic experience with this location of Enterprise Car Rental. The car was spotless inside and out, which made the whole trip feel comfortable from the moment I drove away. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful and welcoming. They made the pickup and return process quick and easy, which I really appreciated. I would absolutely rent from them again and highly recommend their service.
Sorry fellas, you had great customer service and got me in and out in a jiff, but I have to dock you two stars for telling me a Toyota Corolla is a full size vehicle. I basically had to suffer a bait and switch to rent a car I could get into as an unreasonably tall person (the very reason I selected full size!). I assume it's not your fault, this is just how the world is today, but I'm not going to pretend I like it.
