We travel from Texas to go to the Mayo clinic for great doctors. Enterprise has made the trip much easier. Good vehicles and super friendly and accommodating staff. Special thanks to Taylor for outstanding service.
I rented a vehicle from this Enterprise location for nearly eight weeks and had a very disappointing experience. During the rental process, I was shown three different vehicles. Each time I selected one, I was told it was not actually available. After that, I was given a very small vehicle that had not even been washed or properly prepared. The absolute best company to rent a car from they are very hands-on and extremely helpful. I've had nothing but great experiences with them I don't rent from the airport anymore it's too expensive and too annoying to get the car it's best to Uber to the car rental and they even reimburse you for it when you leave to go back to the airport. Great service, staff are very welcoming and made the process easy!
The whole team operated like a well-oiled machine. There were so many customer service situations happening all at once. One woman was having trouble with her car, another couple was picking up a booking, and the phones were constantly ringing, yet every call was answered professionally within what felt like one ring.
