This location and team were AMAZING! The customer service and car were beyond exceptional! Highly recommend this location and this team. I’ve chatted which quite a few team members here and they’ve all been great! From the manager Bennett as well as I think his name was Colin there all 5 stars! Keep up the great work!
Because of my traveling lifestyle, I frequent many Enterprise branches for my travel needs. And I must say, the staff here is very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and gets the job done in a timely and professional manner. Even small intangibles like remembering names and conversations that occurred from rental pickup to return. Very sure most of the staff are current or recently graduated college students. Meaning those kids have potential with their careers for anyone looking to hire in the area.
Had a rental from this branch a few weeks ago. The first car we were given developed a flat tyre within a few hours, but we took it back and were out the door with a replacement in less than 15 minutes. The replacement car unfortunately had a few warning lights come on over the weekend, which was frustrating, although this was nothing to do with the branch itself.
