The slogan " The car company that picks you up" has been validated. My golf cart ran out of juice (battery died) last Sunday. I was 1 mile from home. While debating how I would push it home , a big Enterprise truck pulled up! These two handsome fellows , Alonso and Bryan , jumped out and asked me if they could lift the golf cart and I and take me to my house. They were so awesome ! I am extremely unsatisfied with the company!!!We rented a vehicle for pick up in the La Quinta location after searching for 1hour and no success we where informed it was a satélite location and needed to contact Palm Desert location. We contacted the office and were told our rental was not available even with our reservation in place!! We then were told we could get 2 vehicles or wait while they check other stores for an 8 passenger vehicle and they would call us back.
