Had made a reservation weeks in advance and we I went to pick up, they did not have the vehicle. There is no point of having confirmation/reservation if a vehicle cannot be reserved. They never contacted or emailed me about this.

I loved the vehicle I drove. It gave me a chance to see the difference in a Rogue. Also, I got in and out fast! When I returned the car it didn't take long at all. They were knowledgeable, had a good attitude.
