Made a reservation about 2 weeks out for a pickup truck only to get a call the day before to say I wouldn't be able to get one. The day of reservation was on and off the phone with this store all day being told if someone didn't show up to get their reserved truck I could go to another location to pick it up instead. They have two locations on the same road. Showed up at 11:50 at the other location. Reservation was for 12, he told me I was at the wrong location, head to concord. They’ll have someone there to take you. I called out of courtesy to say gps says 12:06 arrival. Nick says no go to the university location. No one will be here. What’s the point of a 12pm reservation if they won’t stay past 12pm. If I showed up at 11:59 they would be there till 12:15 for paperwork and getting me the car.

Worst customer service called to confirm my pick up was never told in the email or on the phone that a credit card was needed to rent a large SUV I offered cash and debit card both were dismissed per their words they do not want to keep cash in case they get robbed left me without a car at the last minute I needed the car was leaving the next day to go out of town and a standard SUV was not big enough
