The days of good customer service is long gone. Just picked up my rental and it is FILTHY DIRTY! Yes, I chose it. However I was given the excuse that they do not wash the cars in the cold . Not only that. We did the walk around looking for dents with all the filth piled on the rental. I was offered a rental that had just been dropped off while I was there.
