Great experience at the Clinton, Iowa, location. The customer service was top notch. The entire process was easy and straightforward. Absolutely no hangups or hooks. I will definitely be back if I need another rental.
When I called the ENTERPRISE Rent-A-Car Clinton (Iowa) office for the first time, Manager Daleyn answered the phone and explained the details to me in a very friendly manner. Management Trainee / Assistant Ethan seemed to be very young, but he was well-trained and provided great service promptly. I reserved a midsize SUV through the Enterprise website; however, they didn’t have one on site, so I was provided with a compact SUV instead. It was clean and well-maintained, so I’m satisfied overall.
