Service is really good
Enterprise charged me a total of $75 for a “teenage fee” without any disclosure. AAA arranged a contract rental while my car was being repaired. Enterprise scanned my driver’s license, took a $50 deposit from my card, and never mentioned a young-driver or teenage fee—not verbally and not in writing. The next day they charged my card an extra $25 with no text, email, or warning. In total I paid $75 for this fee. I only found out when I checked my bank statement.
