Always my go to spot. The Washington NC location is usually very well stocked with vehicles.
Not thrilled with the car. Someone smoked pot in it which I'm allergic to it.
I recently rented from Enterprise in Washington, NC on November 7th, and I can honestly say Jhymier went above and beyond! Enterprise, Washington, North Carolina staff were friendly and helpful and put me immediately in a car after an accident. Returning was made easy to a different site also. No complaints.
They never have the car reserved so they try to upsell it then charge over for everything. This time they charged for payment already charged at a different location so now I’ve been charged double on an insurance claim car. Plus they insist it came back short on gas but they enterprise in Richmond took a picture of the gas before we left so I know he’s lying
