They have always had good transportation and take care of any issues.
After picking up rental i notice the vehicle inside was dirty and the windshield had a few nickel size cracks. I suggest doing a walk around before picking up.
It always happens… we have a reservation at a certain time and they never meet their requirements for the time we should be picking up the rental BUT if we are late they literally will charge you for being late. What’s the point of doing a self check out online if they don’t meet their end of the bargain.
