It always happens… we have a reservation at a certain time and they never meet their requirements for the time we should be picking up the rental BUT if we are late they literally will charge you for being late. What’s the point of doing a self check out online if they don’t meet their end of the bargain.
Staff was very friendly I got a great deal for a 7 passenger rental. I recommend enterprise because I never have had any issues. I'm so happy with the service I received also a very comfortable plenty of room. Would give them a 10 star if I could.
