The staff at Enterprise Car Rental were great. If I need to rent a car again will definitely choose them
I was able to successfully rent a car from Enterprise without any problems. The process was well designed and efficient. However, upon conclusion of the rental I experienced a billing concern which I felt could be easily resolved. However, between the frustration of dealing with the company's automated system and my inability to get someone at the local office to answer their phones (after 5 tries), I finally gave up. Bad experience. We reserved a car weeks in advance. Turn out when we pick it up they no longer rent out that specific type. Log in to the website and that said vehicle still shows available at location
