Well rental car was fine, but don’t try to extend your rental they’ll raise the rate and not answer the phone (McAllen TX)… then when you return the car after renting for more days than originally planned they charge you a different rate for added days and claim that those were weekdays (cost more) …. Well my rental started on weekdays and it didn’t cost more (BS flag) Usually the longer you rent you get a better rate (not gouging cuz they know you need their car and it’s to inconvenient to bring it back and rent from someon... read more
The Enterprise staff at the McAllen airport were very friendly, competent, and professional. They answered all my questions and addressed all my comments with patience and kindness. I had a very positive experience with my vehicle rental at Enterprise
They never answer the phone. Have called multiple days dozens of times and they never answer. This place is trash
