Don't rent from this enterprise. We took full insurance & he questioned us about hail damage to the top of the car when our Dec. has been rain or 70 degree sunshine. Then said oh never mind you have full coverage. My father asked to have the payment ran on his credit card and the clerk instead ran his card on file without asking and refused to correct it. His customer service was awful.
I just cancelled my reservation with Enterprise at the Markham Little Rock, AR location because apparently my car was not available! I called twice, being put on infinite hold the first time. On the second call, someone with an atrocious accent had me wait again. Not only was he unprofessional, he was also rude. Apparently they only have the one car because when I asked for another car or upgrade, they informed me that they didn't have anything.
