Pick up and drop off were without a hitch. My only conplaint is that the car, cloth interior, had the faint odor of smoke. That is my ONLY complaint. Thank You for a pleasant experience.
Worst experience with an Enterprise ever. We're regular customers, but now I think we're going to start going to Hertz. Inform people of everything they need when they told you they are coming from out of state in the first place, it might help your customer experience.
