Rented an Audi a3 for the week of July 4th, and I had a great experience.
Tried calling multiple times and no one answers. One of the employees from the collision shop offered to shuttle me over to Enterprise to try and get a rental. We arrive and their phones are going off like crazy and the two employees there were ignoring them as they were on their personal phones. We then let them know I need to get into a rental and the lady I think her name was Tatiana said that we need to make this quick because she has other things to do in the nastiest attitude. Knight was very professional. He checked the vehicle thoroughly and made sure I would be able to use maps, flew in for work and I have never been to Ft Wayne. Knight went above and beyond. I would recommend this location 100 times over!!
