Roc will tell you one thing on the phone and then when you get there he has to get Andy and he will tell you something different. Very deceiving. Be careful when renting here,
The Enterprise team at Amherst is phenomenal. They are professional, punctual, and offer the best deals. I rent a car three weekends a month, and the staff always picks me up and gives me a ride back to Oberlin, 10 miles from the office. The cars are always clean, with no mechanical issue of sorts. But most important, the staff is always welcoming and willing to provide the best customer experience. I recommend the Amherst office to anyone in the area.
