Made a reservation to pick up a Suv for 1 pm on 3 9 2018 went to pick up the Suv the manager said there will be a 200 deposit, I ask the question why am i paying a deposit when i have never paid one before thru out corp. account he said let me look back on you history and he did not find where i had ever paid a deposit so i said ok let me shift money on to my credit card and we will be good. We rented a full size car last week and when we went to pick up the car we anticipated (Malibu or Fusion) was not there. We were offered a Hyundai SUV and the agent tried to make us pay more per day and I flatly refused and stated we would cancel. After some haggling we did not pay any extra. The car was filthy inside and out, had only a half tank of gas, tire pressure was down 6 lbs each tire, it had no windshield washer fluid so we added some to later find out the line was cracked so washer was not working. Very unprofessional. The service was not very convenient. I actually dealth with the manager and he gave me a hard time. Then put into a car with no gas, I had to request that thread be filled up and the wait 15 mins while he left to go get gas. The car was messy in the back it red vacuumed, I will never rent from Enterprise again
