Overall service was great and vehicle was dependable. My only complaint was it smelled like cigarettes and after awhile my hands smelled like cigarettes from the steering wheel.

the female associate was kind.... the guy i talked to, i could practically hear him rolling his eyes. when I didn't answer the phone immediately on the day of pick-up, they gave my car (the last car) to someone else, even though I had made a reservation! the car had hair in it & a few dents and dings, but we did get the very last car. i turned the rental in & still haven't gotten back my $50 deposit & today is monday. i was under the impression that i got the deposit back on the same day... tho she told me that it looked lik... read more
