I can't understand why they can't pull up information from different locations on their computer system. I went over the car at this location with the rental agent there were scratches everywhere, I asked her to make sure she noted all scratches. When I turned the car in, in Maine they saw the scratches and asked for the contract to confirm they were there when I took the car. I never got a contract!
