Excellent service and friendly staff.
A reservation with Enterprise means absolutely nothing. I reserved my rental a full week in advance because I had somewhere important to be and needed reliable transportation. Then, 40 minutes before my scheduled 5:30 PM pickup, as I was getting ready to leave with my child, I got a phone call telling me they had no cars available. Let that sink in. Reserved car a week ahead. Office calls 1 hr before pickup to tell me they had no car. Manager was pretty indifferent when I complained. Gonna do all i can to discourage business there
Usually these days when there's a bit of a mix-up or a curveball, you don't expect the company to pull strings and make things right, but that's not the case with this Enterprise location in Hopkinsville. I showed up and the particular car that I expected to book for my trip just wasn't available. That's okay. Things happen. I completely understand. But Micah and his co-worker in the office stepped on it and made sure something was worked out. Great rate and a great trip in a reliable car.
The staff here is super friendly, very courteous and helpful.
