We always like rental cars from enterprise
Great customer service!! And provided me with a nice car that was clean. Very easy to pick up and drop off while my car was being repaired. I will definitely go back to the Elgin location again!! Thank you!
Friendly staff but very long waits
I must say I haven’t experienced customer service like these two gentlemen in a very long time. From the genuine concern to know if I was satisfied with my rental from Jack. Who might I add was so friendly and gracious start to finish. Then the ride back to the dealer with Omar. Great conversation and safe transfer. Definitely gained a customer and will refer to this location. Quick fast and efficient with the gentle touch of kindness and will to assist with a friendly smile. Thank you again
