I needed a car for Friday to take my daughter to a concert returning Saturday. I was told to have it for 7am I would need to rent Thursday and return Monday as they are closed on the weekends. So over 400 dollars for a one day rental. Every customer in there was mad. How is the kittanning branch still open. Lady waited 45 minutes for a associate to return only to be told they don't have a car for her that was confirmed by her insurance. Place is a complete joke .
