Went there for an insurance rental with few options. There was a vehicle that I requested was told that someone was picking it up the next day. As a business minded person myself if you have a customer right in front of you that will be keeping the vehicle about 3 wks the profit from it is right there, also there was time to find another vehicle by the next day. Excellent customer service both greeter and agent. The car I was given was a great choice for the value. They even offered to give me a ride and I gladly took them up on the offer.

I was sent to Enterprise by Statefarm. I usually use Budget which I love. My car was hit and filed a claim with the other party insurance. My car was repaired the day after I received finger surgery therefore I couldn't bring the car back on the same day which in turn end up costing me big time. State farm ended the contract the same day my car was repaired and Enterprise called two days later and demand payment. I wish I would have used my insurance and just sued the other person insurance.
