Bad Service, no returning phone calls even though they promise I took a car in 12/23 till 12/31. I returned the car on 12/31/16 and I was surprised to find out that I am charged till 1/3. When I called in, they said, there was no one there to take it although I dropped the car and the cameras show that.. after some arguments, they agreed to refund me two days.. Good Experience Had to rent a car for a client and was very happy how fast and hassle free the experience was with this Enterprise.
Above the rest!!!! I rent from this location once a month to run my important errands and I can say that I will only use this location. The first time I found myself needing a rental car I had called a lot of rental companies and only this location was willing to work with me with doing whatever they could to rent me a car. Not Recommended Unfortunately, the site did not allow me to choose no star or a minus star, so I had to give this Enterprise location one star. Here's why: I reserved a car online the afternoon before I needed to pick it up at 8 a.m.. That part was easy and efficient. I called that morning and they assured me the reservation was there; however, when I went to pick it up, no car was available.
