The staff are very friendly and helpful. They explained the rental in detail and answered all the questions I had. Prices were reasonable for what I needed. I will definitely be going to them again in the future!
The car we were given to drive smelled like body odor and cigarettes. There were empty plastic water bottles under the seats. And the exterior had not been washed. I’m very surprised because usually enterprise cars are clean.
I have had to use Enterprise (specifically this location) 3 times recently, and each time has been a great experience. The staff, Alicia, Dunlap, and Brody are all welcoming and make the process quick and easy. They go out of their way to make it a smooth process. Definitely recommend this location for rental needs!
Always there to put customer first. Over 20 yrs with my needs. Can’t be beat. Have never had a bad experience.
