Horrible customer service. Almost proud to let us know the car we reserved at 12pm "probably" wont be ready that day, with no options or replacements. BTW I showed up early and they knew immediately I wouldn't have a car that day. This all came from the "manager" who was indifferent to our problem. Sad, no help.
Overall process was smooth and the rental that I took was in great condition. Had a beautiful hassle-free and uninterrupted trip
