I scheduled the vehicle 8 days in advance. I was supposed to be picked up , no one did . The body shop manager had to drive me to enterprise because no one was answering the phones when I was left stranded. Once at enterprise the lady was extremely rude saying I just booked it today and that I needed to give more notice. Untrue. Then states that I have to pay the difference since its a truck and insurance wont pay for it , so i showed her the confirmation that Progressive approved a truck.
