Worst customer service! First they gave me a dirty and smelly car and I told the agent and he said it wasn’t his problem and he was new. Then unfortunately the car got impounded because of a parking lot mistake and I call them and they never pick up and once they pick they told me that another department handles that and that they can’t communicate with the other department because they don’t have a number so they don’t know when I’ll be able to get a replacement, all the while I am on the verge of tears because I work full ... read more
I had a very frustrating experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I made a reservation and even received a call the day before to confirm it. At no point during that call did anyone mention that this location closes at 2:00 PM. I arrived at 2:30 PM to pick up my rental only to find the location completely closed.
