Jeremy and Brandon both are superstars. I was able to rent a car and get it switched out no problem later on when I realized I just needed something a tad bit bigger.

Very unprofessional. I always clean out my rentals before returning them & as i was vacuuming i had put my glasses in the overhead glasses compartment & when i dropped off the vehicle forgot to grab them back out. I called a few hours later, after waiting forever to get ahold of someone a lady answered & said she was going to check because the car might have been rented out already (mind you it hasnt even been 4 hours yet since drop off) she never came back to the phone, nor did she call us back with an answer.
