I had a great experience with Enterprise! Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and made the rental process very easy and stress-free. I especially appreciated how well I was taken care of throughout the entire experience. I was given an Audi A5 as my rental, which was such a nice surprise and made an already stressful situation with my own car a lot more enjoyable. I experience the most enfuriating experience. Called this location for a rental after a car accident and spoke over the phone several times with Rax Vazquez. First suposdly they have no cars and no pick up service. He knew I’ll took an uber. I called before arrival to confirm and when arrived informed me payment has to be only with a physical credit card. I called and ask questions and he knew and don’t advise. I get here and have to take another uber back home ($38) more or twice and no car. He said happens all the time so ... read more
