Could done better with explaining the policy on one-ways. Express the amount I would been charged for confession fees. I hope they get better end up paying 418$ for a one day rental. Which I was told they can possible wave the fee for me but did not. Will update Claudia helped with getting a better understanding . Will see what account does for the approval. Took sometimes but she heard me out.
Terrible. I will never use Enterprise again because of this location. Rude attitudes. No human compassion. Literally watched them refuse to give a well-dressed older man (I am guessing in his 80s) a glass of water. They couldn't care less about whether you rent from them or not. After a series of unmet promises (between my insurance company USAA and this Enterprise location and my 82 year old mother and myself) and a two hour round-trip to get the car told them we were not going to pay the absurd amount of $15/day for an add... read more
Terrible customer service. The only good enterprises in this state are in Portland all the rest are trash that need to retrain their employees.
Super fast and efficient, renting was a snap. Clean cars and nice employees. Gave me a ride home after I returned the car, too!
