This visit with Enterprise was far better than my last experience. There were no issues and I was even upgraded when the vehicle that was on reserve was not available. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. This site and crew have redeemed my opinion of this establishment.

Started inquiring about a car rental in June for an upcoming trip in September. I needed a 7 passenger vehicle which I was told they have and would not be a problem. Stopped in 1 week prior to our trip just to look at the vehicles I was promised. Two days before our scheduled trip I was told there were no 7 passenger vehicles available and it was doubtful they would be getting any in. I can't speak highly enough of our experience. When me daughter's car broke down on the way to college, we were past the time cut-off for day-of rentals, but the team quickly got us into a rental and back on the road. Then, once we had dropped our daughter off on campus, the Springfield, Ohio, office graciously waived the one-way fee so we didn't have to drive it the whole way back to Pennsylvania. Recommend!

I appreciated the seamless communication with my insurance company. It was a relief during the difficult time of being in an auto accident and my vehicle being determined totaled. I had a good experience dealing with the Greensburg PA enterprise and with the Sykesville MD enterprise for pick up and return!
