Made a reservation to pick up a car at 8 am. Waited for an hour to be checked in only for him to tell me theres no car and if I want to wait 10 mins for them to clean it then I can have the one I reserved. Waited another half hour before I walked out and canceled my reservation. Clearly no respect for peoples time. I left and went to southern Oregon rentals and they had me on the road in 5 mins with no previous reservation.
Grant the manager here has always gone above and beyond with his service and attention to detail, the whole staff her works hard, especially the detail crew. This branch runs smoothly because of him and his teams effort.
Friendly and efficient service.
Dakota was the best. He took extra time showing us all the many functions of the vehicle we rented. He was very knowledgeable, very helpful, very nice and very friendly. We won't rent from anywhere else.
The people are great. They picked me up. I wound up having the car much longer than intended, they made everything easy.
