This was, without a doubt, the worst car rental experience I have ever had. The Crestview, FL location provided appalling service and a vehicle that was in an unsanitary condition. Upon receiving the car, I was horrified to discover it was infested with roaches. This is completely unacceptable and a serious health concern. The poor service didn't stop there.
