These People are THIEVES, I Rented a Car SUPPOSSEDLY paid for by Insurance! These CRIMINALS keep CHARGING my Bank Card Over and Over...Over a Month AFTER I Returned the Car....WITHOUT My Approval! I Called them Before the Charges and was told I had ZERO Balance and was Paid OFF... STAY AWAY or use ANY ALTERNATE RENTAL AGENCY if Available. At this time I am in the Process of Sueing Them in COURT!
Enterprise in Crestview is Customer Service oriented and your satisfaction is their #1 goal!!!! I have rented at least a dozen times, and have not had one issue with the Crestview office whatsoever!
1 out of 3 is not bad. 1st attempt "no rentals available". Send attempt "received a POS, but at least got a rental. Third attempt - reserved a car for 1030, called to confirm at 1000 with a "we don't have anything right now, can you try back" I will never use this location or enterprise again.
