I really like this location and it has become the regular rental location for my family. After a very bad experience a couple of years ago (under different leadership) I stopped renting from this location and started using another location. I'm glad leadership has changed and customer service and clean, operable cars are now a priority. Keep up the great work team!
Customer satisfaction does not exist here, HORRIBLE!!!!... They were all dressed in street clothes working behind the desk having personal "baby-mama drama" conversations... this should tell you what kind of branch this is. Loud and low. If you are expecting this branch to enforce corporate policy regarding expectable forms of payment, forget it.... desk manager and the regional manager Effren or Effin both did not know the difference between Paypal "Business Debit Card" and "PayPal Pre-Paid Card." Overall, my rental experience was great. A minor issue with the cleaning but the staff was very accommodating & completely understood my concerned. The staff was very welcoming the minute you walk through the door. I will definitely use their service again.
