Great customer service
I received exceptional customer service the entire time. I needed the rental for a longer period of time in order to fix my car. Enterprise talked to the insurance company and they approved it for two additional days. I fell in love with the car they provided me. I will recommend and use Enterprise.
I would rate this enterprise location ZERO stars if I could. Unless you have plenty of time to waste, lots of patience for incompetence and a high tolerance for ego/power trips from people who have never really been in charge of anything, you may end up frustrated. Not that it really matters to me, but I rent enough vehicles from Enterprise to far and away be a Gold standing in their membership program.
