I had a very disappointing experience with this location. One employee, a very tall young man, was courteous and helpful, but unfortunately the overall service was unacceptable. I reserved a full-size SUV because I have four children. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, only compact cars were available. Reserved a vehicle well ahead of the date. Arrived for the pick-up. No vehicle was available. The other customers and I were told no vehicles would be available until the afternoon. There was no notification on my ENTERPRISE app about “car not on site” which would have been helpful in order for me to make arrangements beforehand. At least, not make the unnecessary drive to Williamston for the pick-up.
