They picked me up from the repair shop. I was able to return the car to a closer shop to home (since it was through insurance). Staff were all great to deal with and responsive when I needed answers (even though they were all super busy).
We were very impressed with the customer service and ease of use. I had booked online and paid online, and once we got there, it was super easy. The guys who helped us were so kind, easy to talk to, and informative. We have had horrible experiences with rental cars in the past at other companies, and this experience will definitely lead me to Enterprise next time.
Great place, friendly people. However, I do have to call and remind them every time I set an appointment to be picked up.
