I am not dissatisfied with Enterprise whose service and representatives performed admirably. My dissatisfaction involved the vehicle which, I believe, I approved not realizing it was not as comfortable as my Ford Escape.
The Portsmouth Enterprise is simply the best! I have rented all kinds of cars from Mitsibushi Mirage to Nissan Rogue to Jeep Compass to Chevy Equinox to a Mercedes 15 seater van. Each car was better than the previous one. The top two cars were the Chevy Equinox and Mercedes Sprinter van. All the cars were new, very clean and had absolutely no issues at all in any of the cars. Enterprise was very flexible with bookings, early returns and after hours returns as well. Highly recommended!!
I had such a wonderful experience with Enterprise in Portsmouth! Jon Ogden met me at Moody’s Collision Center in York to get me set up with my rental, and he handled my transaction and an unnecessarily grouchy customer with such professionalism, patience, and kindness. Let me book a car, plan a trip around it only to tell me they have no cars for me. Why even let me make the booking and reserve a car? Joke of a business.
