I reserved a car online, and when I got to the office there was no car. I never got any communication from the local office that there was no car available. In fact, I called the day before to confirm that there really was a reservation, and was assured that there was. There is a serious gap in communication between the online system and the Marquette office.
Excellent customer-oriented staff and the vehicle was clean, reliable and perfect for my needs
