Promptness to my needs, they picked me up and gave me a ride back home once I returned the rental. I also received an upgrade on the rental I had reserved online. I liked the fast and friendly service I received.
Nice customer service
Quick and easy process. The front counter ladies were nice and professional. The car was clean. Only complaint is my gas tank was not filled up when I picked up the car but I returned it the same way so it all worked out.
The SUV I rented smelled and looked clean. It was available fast, even though I walked in and asked to rent one without calling in advance. Nice workers on the inside too the guy and woman are kind. Will come again in months time to rent another. Thank you.
