I had a reservation at 11:00am and I had the confirmation. I get there and the office is closed. Not even 1 staff on site. They post this sign on the door but the lot was full of cars. How could they approve for a reservation when they are closed! I had to take an Uber to go there and I ended up hiring another Uber just to go to another Enterprise with actual people in it. Please be respectful of other people's time and money. If you are closed, at least cancel the reservation so I don't waste both.
Enterprise is the only place to rent and be treated like a King. Thanks Enterprise!

Confirmation number 8SV4TV . I rented a car from Enterprise in July, and my experience was very disappointing. My actual rental period was July 9 – Aug 1 (24 days), but Enterprise incorrectly billed me for 32 days of insurance instead of 24 (DW/CDW), which added an extra $103.92. When I brought this to their attention, they admitted the mistake but told me the bill was “closed” and refused to fix it. Now I’m stuck chasing down a refund for an error they openly acknowledged.
