Austyn service was amazing at cape canaveral location. 100% hassle free process
I rented one-way, dropping off in Port Canaveral. The car return area was poorly marked and no one was around to "accept" the car. There were no directions on what to do. I was returning it at the 23 hour mark and suspected I'd be charged for another day when they processed it "at some point later" in the day. Sure enough, that happened. It created some headache after the fact, trying to get the additional day removed. This was an odd circumstance to have when returning a car, which is what they should do all day every day.
Super convenient to pick up and drop off. Could not have been easier.
