No one was here when we showed up. The building is closed during “open” hours. We had to order an Uber to get to our cruise even though we specifically booked and organized this around Enterprise’s ability to drop us off. It ended up costing us 40 extra dollars to get an Uber and it was very inconvenient. It looks like this location might be understaffed.

People inside the building were very nice - however, no one was out directing the return car lane so a lot of us were parking in available spaces and some guy came out and starting hollering at all of us and was very rude towards my husband and I. I reposition the car and was trying to fit it into a space we found and the guy kept getting ruder and came and opened my drivers door and started fussing at us. Very unprofessional in my opinion ):
Friday May 15, 2025! Big thanks to Alex Leal, he took care of us when we had a mix up on our rental. Next thing I knew I was driving away in a nice Audi. Outstanding Alex keep up the great job!! Best of luck young man.
Everything was great. I did want to share my experience when returning the car. I ran into a small issue with the pricing and was accidentally charged for two days. I bring this up not as a complaint, but to highlight that the person who helped me went above and beyond to correct the situation, since I should have only been charged for one day. Thank you again for the amazing customer service.
