Outstanding service! Everyone was incredibly polite and friendly from start to finish. Mr. Mike, the manager, was especially wonderful—professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. We were in a hurry to catch our cruise, and he personally made sure a shuttle was ready for us right away. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
Very slow had to go to different branch for car. Make appointment FIRST
I rented from National car rental through Expedia. We’ve normally rented from Avis in the past but safe to say we will now be loyal to this location. Best staff. Best location. Super close to the cruise terminals. Shout out to Charles for working a miracle for us when we needed a larger vehicle!! My kids were super happy with a minivan and now they keep asking me to buy one at home
