Booking was via Alamo but fulfilled by Alamo. Was given excellent service by John to collect keys and sort car seats. Had just come off a transatlantic crossing which had a chaotic disembark so the excellent service was very welcome. Shuttle guys worked tirelessly to ferry delayed passengers getting off and passengers dropping aiming to get on the ship. In addition big shout and thanks Austyn Brinkley.
